In this ink drawing, I explore the majestic presence of the black cockatoo through the expressive fluidity of line and the stark contrast of black and white. The bird, rendered with a combination of delicate strokes and bold, sweeping marks, embodies both fragility and strength. The intricate details of its plumage, captured with a meticulous yet spontaneous hand, reveal this magnificent creature’s unique texture and character.
