At Running Duck Studio, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer PayPal as a secure payment option. If you're located in Dayboro, Queensland, Australia, you can also opt for bank transfer. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. Within Australia, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather and customs clearance.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by contacting us directly and providing your order number. We'll be happy to provide you with updates on the status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number provided to you to track your order on the Australia Post website.
