The Art of Black and White
Black and white leaves nowhere to hide. With no colour to lean on, a drawing has to work through line, texture and the space between. You will find Australian animals, birds, portraits and people caught mid moment. I drew for Walt Disney in the past, and a little of that cartoon style still shows in most of my work.
Each Piece Tells a Story
Behind every drawing is a small story, from a tawny frogmouth owl and an Australian farmer in his Akubra to three great friends rafting. Open any piece to read what inspired it. You can also see the endangered animals series.
